We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated customer experience specialist to enhance our customer experiences. You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer services.
Who you are:
- A super-creative passionate;
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities;
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
- Amazing at interacting with people, especially on the phone.
We don’t care what school or college you graduated from or whether you even graduated. We don’t care about your formal education. But we expect you to be proficient in using your computer and have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to tease out insights and make strategic recommendations from campaign data.

The Specialist should be a creative and analytical individual with a high interest to learn, ability to prioritize and great interpersonal skills. Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills will be required daily.

- Provide information on products and services offered.
